TCSA is committed to providing quality services to members of the charter school community. From collaborative/group purchasing and general operation assistance to events, board training, and professional development options, we strive to ensure we are able to assist when the need arises.

Collaborative/Group Purchasing

As a resource for charter school leaders and administrators, TCSA assists with substantial savings for members. We are able to negotiate cost savings options via collaborative purchase agreements, which not only saves time and money, but is also a value for all our members.

Board Training

During the 2011 legislative session the full House and Senate passed Public Chapter No. 507, which required TCSA to certify board training for all public charter schools. As a member service, TCSA offers board training to all member schools and ensures compliance with state law.

*Outside board training is acceptable, contact TCSA to make sure board training source is acceptable. See board training page for more information. 

Professional Development

TCSA is committed to providing excellent educational instruction for school directors, leaders, administration, and teachers. Throughout the course of the school year, TCSA will offer professional development in Memphis, Nashville, and Chattanooga. TCSA partners with high performing companies that can provide these services to members.
